This is hardly a recipe but ricotta tastes so much better with a little salt. Add a drizzle of olive oil for a quick snack.
1 cup whole-milk ricotta
1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
Combine ricotta and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a small bowl. Taste. On it’s own ricotta can be bland. Salt will help to bring out its sweetness. If you like your ricotta a bit saltier add up to another 1/4 teaspoon. Mix well.
